POLICIES, RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Cottages/Condos/Suite

Cottages/Condos/Suite Reservations
- Taxes charged in the cottages, condos and suite totals 15% (5% GST, 8% PST, 2% MRDT).
- During the High season there is a minimum of 1 week rental in our cottages from Sunday to Sunday
and a minimum of 3 days in our condos. Our #9 suite is rented nightly.
- For confirmation, deposit is required with credit card (Visa or Master Card) at time of reservation.
- Balance due at check-in. Visa, Master Card, Debit and cash accepted at check in.
- Prices are subject to change.

High Season Cancellations
- Your deposit will be returned if cancellation is made prior to 90 days of arrival less a $100 service
charge.
- Cancellations made within the 90 days of arrival lose full deposit.

Low Season Cancellations
- Your deposit will be returned if cancellation is made prior to 30 days of arrival less a $50 service
charge.
- Cancellations made within the 30 days of arrival lose full deposit.

Cottages/Condos/Suite Policies
- Positively no pets or smoking in the cottages, Condos or Suite.
- *All additional overnight persons are subject to a per/person charge.
- Visitors of guests who stay for the day and use the facilities of the Resort are subject to a day rate of
$20 or family rate of $40 (4 persons).

Camping/RV Sites

Camping /RV Reservations
- A booking fee of $30.00 ($5 reservation fee + $25.00 deposit) per site to be paid at time of reservation
with credit card (Visa or Master Card).
- Balance due at check-in. Visa, Master Card, Debit and cash accepted at check in.

Camping /RV Cancellations
- $25.00 deposit is refunded with cancellation with at least 2 weeks’ notice.
- Campers who depart from the Campsite before their scheduled check out date will not be entitled to
   any refund of campsite fees paid before or during their stay.
- No shows will be charged for all days of the reservation and the reservation will be cancelled.

Camping /RV Policies
- Pets allowed on leash. Owners please clean up after your pets.
- No music allowed after midnight.
- Small fires allowed in pits unless otherwise notified.
- Please be considerate to your fellow campers.

Parking

Car Policies
- General parking for Guests free
- $5/day rate to charge Electric Car in designated parking
